Tomorrow night: Rock'n'Roll. Apparently using Steely Dan as a metaphor is what comes from giving up on "Infinite Jest" to go to the 2nd best "HWOSG". DFW is frowning, but don't let it get you down: it took me three months to top off Infinite Jest. But worth every second.
The next five Cubs Catchers in a perfect world would be: Pudge Rodriguez; Pudge Fisk; Joe Girardi; Mike Piazza; and the fat kid from the Bad News Bears. Anyone but Todd "I Suck BZZALAS" Hundley.
