T Bone

tidbit time:

this is already widely known, but Albert Einstein was a connoisseur of naps. except many a time he only wanted a short nap so he could get back to being so smart. so what ol' Al would do was place a spoon, fork, or some item of silverware in his hand before he'd lay down on the couch. Al would make sure this hand was over the floor (hard wood floor of course) as he was napping. now Al was intelligent, yes intelligent, so he knew that all he needed was perhaps a "phase 1" sleep. which isn't too deep you see. many people still think they are awake when they are in phase 1, so it is quite "shallow" sleeping if you will. anywho, after phase 1 sleep, the body starts to relax more. so as Al would enter the next phase of sleep, his hand would relax, causing the metallic silverware to fall, striking the floor and making a loud enough noise to wake him back up. he could then go back to whatever theory he was working on feeling somewhat refreshed.

that is all.
