Goddamn Behind the Music. I've been listening to the Police pretty much straight through since yesterday at noon. I love that program, but at the same time I hate it b/c it makes me get all hyped up about groups that I'd never think about liking in the first place (ie - No Doubt & Oasis). Not saying that I went straight out and bought their albums, but I will admit to downloading most of them, and listening to them quietly in my room so's no one can hear it and make fun of me. I mean ... Oasis?! What the fuck is that shit. They ripped "Don't Look Back In Anger" off directly from "Imagine" by John Lennon. Listen to the the two back to back. It's so fucking obvious, but because they're English and they're racous they can get away with just about anything. Fuck that shite. It's all I'm saying. At least the Police were a goddamn good band.

And, with no shame, I'll admit to downloading that Alicia Keys album last night, too. If R & B stars concentrated less on putting dumbass interludes in between their songs, I think I'd be into it more. She really does have some talent, and I haven't been able to get that "Woman's Worth" song out of my head since last week, but she just talks so freaking ghetto all the damn time. "What? Huh! What?" Bug's the shit out of me.
