I did take some time to enjoy the scenery, douchenozzle. At least as much time as I was able to take with the workload we had today. I've just gotten back to the hotel room (11:15pm PST) and we left at around seven this morning. So, I'm a bit tired.

Not too tired, though, to say that Matt gave me an entire burned copy of the new Mt St Helens record and I cannot stop listening to it. The songs are stuck in my head, and I think I've come to the conclusion that Jason Sprague is, by a long shot, the best bass player in a fairly unknown band ... like ever. His bass sound is exactly what I like my basses to sound like - punchy, bassy, non-banjoey, toney, with no phoney bologna. And the album doesn't sound like an album to me. Tell me if you think differently, dudes, but it seems to me like I'm listening to one song with a bunch of fucking incredible parts, and ups and downs, and dynamics to beat the (marching) band, and everything in between. I can't believe I fucking know these guys. Where the hell did they come up with this shit?

And don't worry, Zook. I will buy it when it comes out. You're a terd.
