Harmony. It's a small place.
My little brother got his first traffic citation this evening. For some reason he called me to ask for advice. Coincidentally, I had a court date in Kansas this afternoon for that speeding ticket. I didn't make it. I hope my check and "guilty" plea did.
Anywho, after I finished talking to my brother I realized that he's grown up since I left home in 1997, and I missed almost all of it. I know he drives, and that he's now 18, but it feels to me like he just got his license. I've taken him out drinking, but if I find out that he's done it on his own I think, Gosh, he shouldn't be drinking. He's too young! I can't bring myself to give him credit for being a young adult. My first instinct is to punch him (playfully) every time I see him. And he's taller than me. That's weird.
