I'm trying to get off the fast-food bandwagon. The ol' job kind of gets in the way, though. This week has been good, so far. I've only had one pop (a Mountain Dew early yesterday morning to jolt me awake), and I've only had one KFC twister since late last week. That's not bad for me.

I've got a bit of a weight problem. I need to get it under control. I'm getting married in June. I don't mean to sound like a woman or whatev, but I'm going to be in a lot of pictures, and I'll shoot straight with you -- profile shots are not all that flattering for me. Zach used to call my stomach the "dickey-do". He'll have to fill you in on what that means.

So, for now, I'm trying my best to start eating better ... again. I'm drinking water instead of pop; eating granola bars instead of cookies; and having soup instead of hamburgers. I've even eaten two apples in the past two days. Tomorrow I may shoot for an orange. Though they're a bit messier to deal with in the car.
