A few quick notes:



1. Super-excited about going into Chicago Sound Lab next week. Scott, myself, and our friend John are going to sit down and bang out a tune. An original, for that matter. Last time we hooked up we recorded a cover of Britney Spears' "Everytime". It's totally boss.



2. I have this image tattooed on my left shoulder on the front side of my body. Jesse gets out of the Army on Saturday. He, Scoot, and I have talked about getting new tats. I hope that talk turns into reality. I want to get something on my back ...



3. It could look something like this, minus the hard-shell book cover. Also, the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition Party is coming up. We're watching all three films back-to-back-to-back. Plus beer. Go us.



4. Finally, I am on vacation! Tomorrow morning I will wake up in Tulsa OK and head to the airport as early as I can. Hopefully I'll get standby on the first flight and be back in Chicago before the sun fully rises. Hopefully. Let's do this.***1***
