Happy Rex Manning Day!
My stomach's been giving me the run around today. It's about time I squashed the rebellion, but there aren't any Rolaids around. You know how it goes, right? You're sitting there, and suddenly you feel like you're about to explode. Ask Scooter. He's seen it happen to me a million times. What can I say? I've got a happy head, but an angry body.
I feel like I'm finally back into the writing groove. I've got ideas hitting me much more frequently now, and I'm pretty sure I already know what my next piece may possibly be about. Just you wait, kiddies. One of these days we'll all put our fiction out on the market and make no money with it, but we'll be really happy. What I lack for in talent I make up in perservearance. I have a shirt that says the same thing. I stole it from my Dad.
My dad's in Europe right now, probably on the beaches of Normandy with my grandpa. I wish I could've been there. It would've been real nice to have three generations of my family on the same plains that the two previous generations either fought for, or served on. I'm awfully happy that I never had to go to the military. You have no idea how much I was worrying about it as a kid. Unbelievable.
And I'm done rambling. Sorry. Such a weird post. Enjoy it while you can.
