while we're talking about music, i, too, have been listening to that strike anywhere full length quite a bit. it reminds me of when our stoopid band was on tour in new jersey, or somewhere out east, and we walked into a place where we thought we were playing, yet as it turned out, some dude told us we were booked but the venue had no fucking clue. so we were a no show (little play on words for you there). strike anywhere was playing somewhere nearby and we tried to get on last minute. hmm. good thing we didn't make fools of ourselves.

and blow is on tv. anybody else with me that this is a pretty good movie??
