It's four in the morning. Jeff, the roommate, just left with a girl. He's scoring tonight. I'm trying to put off clearing my bed so I can sleep alone. I want to sleep alone. I don't want someone crowding the bed ... or so I tell myself. Twin beds are no good with more than one person in them. Twin beds, though named after a pair of similar siblings, function best in solo situations. Ask the masses. They will confirm.
I guess its pretty safe to say that with every quote-unquote awesome night, comes a bummer night. We got excersise. We walked. We trudged through the drizzle and the cold. We didn't have a good time, but our legs got a workout. There were plenty of us to go around. We were too many. We kept bringing the party with us, though the parties we went to weren't much to speak of. The people that were already at these places were lame, and boring, and not worthy of our attention and respect.
Matt and I left the third one after one beer. We came home. We made sandwiches. Matt passed out. I played video games. Time rolled along just fine. I drew pictures, and now I'm getting ready for bed. Come what may.
