One. Dudes. Fuck off to anyone that told me to stop writing about ham. I don't care what you think. Ironically, the only sketch I saw from last weekend's episode of SNL had to do with women fighting over a ham. I laughed, though I'm sure none of you did. Jerks.
Two. Scooter. I don't know why you aren't able to email me. Maybe your opinion on the blerg would work just as well? To inform the rest of you, I wrote Scoot to see what he thought about the new Alkaline Trio. I am still in the process of deciding. At some points, I think it's way better than anything they've done since Goddammit. They finally have a drummer (again) that's not afraid to just go off and play whatever the hell he feels like playing. At the same time, though, Dan Andriano has more songs on this album than any other one, which really (if you knew me, you'd already know what I was going to say) gets me going. I don't necessarily like the Dan Andriano songs. I would much rather hear a Matt Skiba song instead. Save the Andriano material for a posthumous Tuesday album, eh?
Three. I'm drunk. I did awesome on papers last week, and have been offered an internship as a result. I can write history. This is one thing that I know. I know now that I will publish a book before I die. So help me.
Four. I don't know why I wrote "I'm drunk" at the beginning of section three. I am, though, and it feels nice. I don't have class until three o'clock tomorrow afternoon. That's excellent. I think I'll get up at some point and head over to the library to do some work on a test I need to get going on, but beyond that, tomorrow's a cake walk.
Up Next: You Are A Ghostly Presence by the Mt St Helens; Good Mourning by the Alkaline Trio; and, ( ) by Sigur Ros.
Tomorrow: More of the same. Different day.
