Please tell me I'm not the only one that thinks the Descendants should get off their asses and record a new album. Seriously. I need something new from them, and I know I'm not in the minority, at least punk rock wise.

I'm chilling in the parent's computer room for now. My last weeks of work will be spent in Illinois and fucking Kansas. Honestly. Who goes to Kansas? Who throw's a shoe? (how many times can I use that line in these posts? honestly?) I'm going to kill myself after spending Sunday through Saturday in Kansas. For real. I get there on Sunday night and am not allowed (read:imprisoned) there until Saturday morning, at which time I am going to be allowed to leave. And I've looked at the map of the sites I'm supposed to be doing, and not one of them is off an interstate. A solid week of back roads in the flatness that is Kansas. And I ain't talking 'bout the band. Damn.

Oh, and I've decided that I may just stay up in the city at the end of that weekend as it is the opening day for Reign of Fire, the new dragon movie. Dudes, anyone in? I'm in. AMC. Five or six single emo dudes. Popcorn. Dragons. How can it go wrong?
